Add travis ci

as a developer, I want to be able to have testing integration

Find tx in txmempool

As a user, it would be nice to know if tx is still in flight but not mined by chain,
usually most likely scenario when user receives tx hash but not reflecting by the chain

add !query to bridgette

as a user I would like to be able to call !query and enter a block, transaction or account and get what i want to see( block info, tx info, or balance)
