Warnings and missing modules when using with Webpack about react-magic

You need to define IN_BROWSER = true if building for the browser - Use webpack.DefinePlugin for that.

@Daniel15 I switched it over a while back since react-magic was more robust in its HTML -> JSX conversion, and it made sense to keep that all in one place: ssorallen/turbo-react@3145e33
