Need 2 commands to search a key space (e.g. find all dynamo rows where key contains a string) and to search all config text i.e. any part of a config that contains foo

shouldn't just be us-east-1 should be configurable by app flag

Need command to diff a config in dynamodb vs one in a conf file

Need readme and example documentation

Each command needs some tests huh

Allow inline comments for flat config files, not pushed to dynamo and therefore not be in a deployed env var file on a remote.

Configs should be allowed to be protected with a is_protected=true line
A config is protected if it is protected locally OR in dynamo

Protected configs should require an override flag to write to dynamo XOR a user prompt
