Introduction

This is a slide deck for a talk on the merits of using open data for improving civic infrastructure and development. This talk was originally given on October 1st, 2014 at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health for P8501: Innnovations in Health Policy taught by Dr. Peter Muennig.
