Proxying cookies to subdomains doesn not work.

Currently, dashboard selection is set through state. Probably want to change that to fetch the data and allow use to continue to use the dashboard.

The regex used to split the player info from status breaks if there are double quotes in the name. Webpage would error out since it would attempt to parse "Last" as the steamid and fail.
Sample string (identifying information removed) was:

Nginx won't deploy correctly. Find a way to proxy requests to subdomain.

Refresh timers for in-game player status should be configurable on the settings page, to allow people to not waste bandwidth. Maybe also pause the refreshes when out of focus (to save that precious data)

Use refresh tokens with JWTs in localstorage, instead of cookies.

This'll stop the cookies from invading us.

Holy hell, we don't need redux. Please use react-query.
