Introduction page

On the first page you get

• Center button that opens the login/registration form
• On/Off audio button

Login form

• Has jQuery/Ajax and PHP that can be used in backend, but it's not hooked up to a database so it has hardcoded credentials "admin" "admin"

Registration form

• Same as Login form.
