I am playing on building off of it but having it published would help greatly.

I download the rbcast.
I executed the console_remot.rb in example directory.

But I faced the following the error message.

$ ruby console_remote.rb

from console_remote.rb:29:in `

so I added the following code top in console_remote.rb

$LOAD_PATH.push("../lib")

require "dnssd"
require "rbcast"
