Create CLI

Consider using Rich to create a command line interface (CLI) to enable performing actions quickly and easily. Some of these actions (which we will create sub issues for) could include:

• init to scaffold a new project, potentially with pre-configured options
• run to be able to trigger a run
• help to be able to read docs in the terminal

and there is potential for so much more with this!

Add ability to export results

We should enable a user to be able to:

• export summarised run results
• optionally export full run results for a single contract
• optionally export all run results

We would at the very least support the exporting of results with methods such as:

• to_csv
• to_json
• to_sql

Setup logging

• Set up some basic runtime logging for a run.
• Expose a way for users to be able to enhance to access and enhance the frameworks logger e.g. by adding a log.py file.
