Find a place to publish the javadocs and provide them. Preferably something that can be hooked up with Travis

This will require to make the first "release" build at some point, but essentially, this issue is about learning how to deploy to maven central.

This project has to be able to be implemented on Windows platforms. The process may involve adding custom drivers and such so it would be good to document this on the wiki.

The project should implement a logging framework and the SLF4J on top of it; you know, for the logging connoisseur.

Configure a Travis CI for this project.

Create wiki so the README file on the project doesn't get too bloated.

The Light interface should also provide two methods:

test() - This should iterate through all of the possible states of the light, then finish.

whereAmI() - This should iterate 10 times between SUCCESS and FAILURE with small delay between changes then finish.

Add a new USB Device specification for the Delcom Gen1 USB Light, I might need to buy one.
