Labels everywhere. Alt tags everywhere.

My CSS skills are definitely not great. I'd like for each component to be adjusted to be more responsive when on a mobile screen or tablet. It is not as important for the lessons to be responsive, I think that's a lot to ask and most content should be taken on a computer.

Things I notice that aren't responsive/don't fit well on half a screen:

Need better, and more cohesive, button styles. Specifically in admin section where destructive actions are actually possible.

Please make the Register.vue component form styles match the Login.vue form styles.

Bonus: If you can find an elegant way to put a red border on any fields with errors, that would be awesome.

Bonus bonus: Using your best judgement, see if there are any other forms that should be updated. (I can't think of any.) If you do, please create another issue so we can decide if that is a necessary form before you start any major work. If it is, we'll have you create a separate branch to submit as a second PR.
