Odometry information is not published by the node about ras_group8_odometry

The message should perhaps include:

• Timestamp
• Wheel velocity (L/R)
• Relative position change (x, y, theta)
• Absolute position (x, y, theta)

We could create our own message from scratch but should probably at least compose it out of existing ones.
