Command resulted on error

At first time works well, after VSC recently update 1.71.0 and github connect start to show this message and have no results

Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'fsPath')

I'm using CloudOne TrendMicro trial and following workshop: https://trendmicro.awsworkshop.io/20_ide_plugin.html

I created API keys and added in VS code extension setting. But I always get message " This is a Well-Architected template. Great job!" event though I have bad Architected cloud-formation file and also if file is empty. When I tried upload file on TrendMicro and scan same template I get the correct result like Bucket is not encrypted.
Not sure how i can debug this issue?
