The task is to create webpage where the user can upload a .csv file with three columns: expense category, cost per item, and cost. The page has to read the uploaded .csv file, to calculate the total cost and to display all on the webpage. The user will be able to dowload the results as a new .csv file. For testing purposes there is a anExampleForUpload.csv file, you can use this to upload a .csv file.
