Do set all the input fields on Create Page as (Not Required).

Four input fields (Adv Created At, Adv Created By, Adv Updated At, Adv Updated By) that do not take input from user are supposed to be hidden from them.

Do remove extra items from the Nav bar that are not going to be used by the user.

Details:

• The HTML element being used to upload an image shouldn't act as a required field.
• All the images being uploaded from HTML forms, shall be resized before saving to the directory.
• The thumbnails of the images shall also be resized according to appropriate dimension in contrast to the content & layout of the page.
• The application shouldn't ask for all three images while updating any record.

Details

• Do modify the front page in terms of styling. Replace the fake text with some real, as well.
• Make available a link to 'advocates' backend application.

The update form of the application is flashing the values of HTML Elements to upload images. The HTML file upload Element is supposed to hold the value available in the Database.

Enrollment date of SC & HC should be kept as not required fields.
