Mac OS Portuguese Keyboard Layout

A portuguese keyboard layout for mac os

Instalation

  • Download the .bundle file
  • Enter su mode sudo su - (you must do this in order for the file permissions to be setup correctly after copy, otherwise some apps won't be able to use the layout)
  • Copy the bundle with cp -r /path/to/the/bundlefile.bundle /Library/Keyboard\ Layouts
  • Go into "System Preferences" - "Keyboard" - "Input Sources" - "+" - "Portuguese" and add "Portuguese by ramalhovfc"
  • You might want to check "Show input menu in menu bar" so you can easily change keyboard layouts
