This is the shiny risk visualization web application proudly developed by Professor Levi Waldron, Jasmine Abdelnabi, Marcel Ramos, holy whoa there are a lot of people in this google group, you're gonna have to add yourselves, and Cody Boppert

Instructions for local deployment

  1. Install the R Programming Language - http://www.r-project.org
  2. Start the R programming language environment in the terminal
  3. Install the following libraries using 'install.packages("packageName")'
  4. maps
  5. shiny
  6. mapproj
  7. reshape2
  8. 'library(shiny)'
  9. runApp("~/path/to/vizrisk_cunysph/vizrisk_map1")
  10. Voila!
