Were you able to login using email & password, also do you have any Google account logged in to google chrome?

I did not try the extension but on the website, I am unable to sign-up either by the normal sign-up process or by the google oath it returns something Something went wrong!
How much I have inspected for /registration end-point it throws a 400 with a response A user is already registered with this e-mail address where it never successfully signed me up and please do input validation otherwise the user won't know these issues This password is too common.", "This password is entirely numeric

Thanks for reporting the issue @danish45007. We'll update that from our side and will put better messages on the forms.
Did you try logging in using the credentials that you provided in the signup form?

So that's the problem I was unable to register myself as it says "A user is already registered with this e-mail address." but I never signed-up successfully
