Hi Rainer,

Thank you for the update. I encountered an issue while working on the image registration code (deformation_warp_exp.jl). An error message appeared: "ERROR: UndefVarError: GridDeformation not defined." This error occurs because the code calls the align_images function, which relies on GridDeformation defined in RegisterDeformation (https://github.com/HolyLab/RegisterDeformation.jl). It seems that the latest FindShift.jl does not include the statement "using RegisterDeformation," which causes this error. Additionally, the latest version of RegisterDeformation.jl seems incapable of processing the images as well. After testing, here are the versions of the two packages that are compatible:

Hi Rainer,

I noticed a small typo in the file find_deformations.jl at line 120. Returned ia a tuple of the aligned images and a vector of warps to perform the transform for any other images via the "warp" call.

The word "ia" should be corrected to "is".
