It would seem this leads to slivers in comparing two temporally different analyses.

When FME does the buffering a shortcut is made. The buffering is not actually done using a circle, but a degree-based segment. Since no analysis is similar one might see that the segments do not end up at the same place in a buffering process. This leads to slivers.

Issue need to be researched further and a solution has to be found.
