In plain English, this means you can grab, use and re-distribute Annotorious for free, in commercial or non-commercial projects, with no restrictions whatsoever. However: should you modify the code of Annotorious itself, these modifications need to be under the same license. In short: feel free to use Annotorious wherever or however you want. But if you fix a bug, or add a cool feature, be sure to give back to the community.
