Uncaught TypeError: System.registerDynamic is not a function

Hello!
I am trying to use your npm package, which is really cool by the way.
But when i am hitting this error when implementing it:
Uncaught TypeError: System.registerDynamic is not a function
at Object. (vendor.bundle.js:2877)
at Object.../../../../ng2-oauth2/index.js (vendor.bundle.js:3801)
any ideas? thanks for the help!

ng2-oauth2/ng2-oauth2 not found

With ng2 rc2 and after installing ng2-oauth2, I got the message that ng2-oauth2/ng2-oauth2 is not found.

Could it be that there are some files missing after installing?

Cannot find name 'bootstrap' in main.ts

According to your README, I added "bootstrap(OAUTH2_PROVIDERS);" to main.ts. Then my IDE (Sublime text) show a compile error "Cannot find name 'bootstrap'."
