The stylesheet's protocol is hardcoded as http, and is thus considered untrusted and not loaded when the main page is accessed by https (screenshot). Browsers' behaviors are easy to change, but a better solution would probably be to load the CSS in the same protocol as the main page.
the theme isn't really great when viewing on my laptop. let's pick a better desktop friendly theme.

Possible fix
Find the link on some tool to get dead link copy like wayback machine or try to find the new page if moved. The second solution is better.
