Create a shell script for copying files via scp.

I built for x86 in qemu with setup.sh.
How do I login?

On running the start.sh scripts, we get the error:

 -redir tcp:5022::22: The -redir option is deprecated. Please use '-netdev user,hostfwd=...' instead.

Please make sure this is fixed and -netdev is used in all start.sh scripts.

Please include details of building with the dropbear package

When trying to run ./setup.sh -v x86, the call to wget -c http://www.akulpillai.com/how2kernel/x86_64.tar.gz silently fails due to an expired SSL certificate.

Use getops for better command line option parsing.
