About

Our mission is to create a user-friendly and engaging webpage for Girls Who Code, a community-focused organization dedicated to closing the gender gap in technology.

Features

  • Landing Page & About Us: Discover our Girls Who Code club, its mission, and core values through an engaging landing page. Styling includes automatic image carousel and fade in of text.
  • Upcoming Events: Enjoy a dynamic and interactive scrollable list of upcoming events, seamlessly integrated with Google Calendar for easy access and versatility.
  • Team Profiles: Connect with club officers and members through profiles linked to their LinkedIn accounts. Data is efficiently pulled from a Google Form and processed via MongoDB to the website.
  • Resources: A well-organized section providing valuable resources to help members and visitors enhance their professional skills.
  • Contact Form: A direct line to our organization—submit your inquiries through the contact form, which sends emails straight to our team.
  • Responsive Design: The site adapts to any screen size, offering optimized layouts for seamless and consistent user experiences across devices. Diverse styling implementations, such as different font sizes, flexible grids, and component rearrangements, ensure a seamless experience across all devices without sacrificing functionality or aesthetics.
