Currently, user need obtain 'api_key' and 'cx' of google custom search themselves to have the search function enabled. However, such obtaining process can be somewhat cumbersome.

From the information given in the following page, it shall be possible to have the retrieval of 'api_key' and 'cx' automatically, provided that user can give a valid pair of google account_id/password.

The automatically retrieval of 'api_key' & 'cx' shall have better start from an user-friendly way. That is, we need think about the whole scenario/usage flow from user's perspective. Then the following is the first target:

1. define the high level spec. which only contains
   a) what user can see
   b) how user can interact
   c) what is the interaction result
2. for each item in 1., confirm the feasibility by possibly investigating into a little more implementation detail

Shall support multi-language for all the message shown.
Default is EN (English), and can be configured to other language, e.g., CHT (Chinese Traditional).
