cmpe165-charliesangels's Issues

service picture link

It would make the user experience nice if clicking the gig's picture leads to the expanded view of the gig instead of just the view button. Both can be there but having options is good.

edit page, wage

So if I don't edit the wage, it says I have no wage (even though it brought in the wage from the gig). I have to either type the same number in or put in a new wage. This should be a simple fix and you can work around it but it works nicer if you don't have to edit everything to reupload it (especially if we are stressed/timed when presenting our demo). It is just the wage that needs to be re input because of the $ I think.

this _should _be super easy to fix (I think) but I can help if you can't figure it out right away.

Applying to more than one job

If you are a musician that's applying for multiple listings from the same employer, the employer will only see the very first application from the musician. Every other application from the musician after the first will not be seen by the employer, even if it's for a different job.

Filter gigs

Complete the implementation to successfully filter gigs by wage.

Applied to gigs

Currently when you go to the page for a gig that you have already applied for the button still says "Apply", it is not until you try to apply again that it says that you have already applied.

I think that there should be a check on the page loading that checks if the user has already applied or not. So that they don't have to click apply to find out that they have already applied.

Multiple job posting allowed

When the employer posts a job they can press the post job multiple times to post the same job multiple times.

Once the user posts a job once they should be redirected to the homepage and a notification should be shown saying they successfully posted the job with a link to it

Post a Gig redirection

I think that if the user is not logged in the when they click the post a gig it should redirect them to the login page.

Currently it takes the user to the post a gig page but they are not allowed to post a gig.

"Applications for" page hows wrong applicants

Click on My Gigs -> Click on View Applicants

What should be happening:
You are shown all the people who applied to your gig.

What is actually happening:
You are shown all the applications you made for other people's gigs.

My Gigs/My applications

When the employer presses my Gigs it should filter the gigs by the gigs they have posted; showing them the gigs they have posted.

Likewise this should be done for the my applications. Where it should show the gigs that a musician has applied to

Profile/edit profile

Should we have a profile button on the top like with post a gig? Or should we leave it in the drop down menu and possibly have the edit profile in the settings page?

Do we have design plans for those?

Notifications

If the user doesn't have any current notifications then when they press the notification button it should say something to the effect of "You have no notifications"

Invalid login credentials

When the user enters invalid login credentials there should be a message presented to the user that the information they have entered is wrong

leave feedback blank space

In the box to type feedback on someone's page (feedback.html), it starts you in the middle of the box. The HTML should be a single line kind of thing so that whatever is between the tags doesn't show up on the actual page for <textarea></textarea>

Sign in/Log in merge

We should merge the sign in and log in buttons into one. It would make the site look more polished

Search bar

Currently the search bar does not actually work. Please implement this feature

Agreeing to terms not required

When creating an account, you can successfully create one without checking the "agree to terms and conditions" checkbox.
