Issue

The dist directory is where the files from src is compiled to, and from where the index.html pulls the compiled app.
Versioning both src and the dist directory is redundant since dist can be derived from src.

dist should be .gitignored and be generated by netlify during the build phase.

Course of action

1. Remove dist from tracking.
2. Setup netlify to run tsc (typescript compile) during the build phase using netlify.toml
