Release version 1.0

This is a javascript and jquery implementation of a computer tictactoe game. It uses a simple decision tree to select moves. You can play first by simply selecting a square or make the computer start by pressing the Play button. Reset clears clears the board for a new game.

There are two output boxes, one gives a series of log statements that show the computer's ananlysis and decision making. One output for the game result.
