@WebTravel Sorry this has taken so long. I found the bug in the code that caused the onMonthChange callback to never fire. Also, good idea about the disableOutMonth. I've released a fix for the callback bug. Next I'll look into disableOutMonth.

Now that I look at things again, I don't think disableOutMonth is necessary since the min & max date ranges disallow selecting dates outside the range. And from a UX perspective, it seems that clicking the next month button but not getting that month translates to "something is broken" as opposed to "you're out of range". Going to leave it the way it is for now, but thanks for the suggestion.
