如题，在使用这个框架开发，继承了 RxStarterRecyclerFragment ，遇到需要在 list尾部添加视图的情况，

组里 沈袁农 反馈 PAGE 分页没有数据，排查后发现
FeedsPagedFragment 里的 mFeedService.getFeedList(1000, perPage); 方法里的参数需要修正为
10 以下才有数据返回
