"Create tweet" image defaults to old social media card (from Feb 2022 event) about pymc-data-umbrella

The source of that page is https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc-data-umbrella/blob/main/contributing/index.md which generates the Create tweet link with

This makes no reference to any image. The image is automatically taken from the metadata defined in https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc-data-umbrella/blob/main/index.md:

I think we should move the current share_banner image to the specific Feb 2022 folder (or delete it, it will be kept in git history, depends on how accessible we want it to be) and upload the new image with the same name.

Extra: It would be nice to also document this in the contributing guide (still mostly placeholders) section "help with the sprint" or "volunteer with the sprint" so future organizers know they only need to overwrite this image to update the generated twitter cards.
Extra note: Twitter doesn't update those images automatically, it might take several days or a week for the change to be reflected on twitter.
