Difference

Hello, Im actually really wanting to try this blog, but I just need to know, what's the difference between PD2 and PD3
Also, Im under the assumption that maybe this is just your own custom work? Or, will this maybe open source and hoping people will add more functionality in this? Either way, Im really interested in this and just may add some functions for myself using PD3 or PD2. I will also Pull Request and contribute if this will be open source.
