Request for "sub-province" and alternate province name. about thai-provinces-visited

Sub-provinces may be too detailed for the current map UI and I think zooming interface is slightly too complex.

Regarding alternative province names and even sub-province names, some are listed in place-province.csv but it is not currently used. It was commented out in main.js and I don't remember why 😅

I will try to put it back in with some of your new suggestions:

• สองแคว for พิษณุโลก
• มหาชัย for สมุทรสาคร
• หาดใหญ่ for สงขลา
• ปากช่อง for นครราชสีมา

The code is quite old as well. Maybe it's time to clean the whole thing up.
