If one is running on 4.5, they should be able to safely use Purify and have it be no-op.

We need to have a PCL to support Xamarin

Since (i expect) mostly other libraries taking dependecies on Purify

• library builders can do (easier) cross platform/framework version builds how they see fit.
• library builders can embed Purify and sign their assembly if they see fit easily with sn.exe.
• appear dependency free.

I really love this approach for small utility class(es) and is an approach i.e TinyIOC and SimpleJson take.

In mono when you do the following:

 var u = new Uri("http://localhost/");
 var uri = new Uri(uri, "?auth=123455");

uri's internal source field that we use to fix the uri is http://localhost?auth=123455.

OriginalString in this case also prints http://localhost?auth=123455

I could bruteforce fix this in UriInfo by checking if the character after the Host is not a : or / insert a /but if anyone has a better idea I'm very keen on hearing it.
