Where there are no referrals, this is not plotted on the chart. It should be plotted as zero.

FY links manually inserted but new year will need to be added each April. Automate this code so doesn't have to be updated.

Some code on linkage files uses regular expression to pick up the simd file. This is useful for when this updates. This can be applied on here to make the code more robust

Hyperlinks automatically format to Hyperlink1 style from word doc template. This overwrites the Normal_Notes style applied to footnotes and so hyperlinks are larger font size than surrounding footnote text. These can be resized manually once final word document produced but would be good to find a way to fix this in Rmarkdown.
