I added an extra few lines to try and recode the "C" for each Board ( Highland / Glasgow ) but this didn't work and I realised later that we don't necessarily need this code but it would be good to know the proper script. See lines 177 - 211 in Provision and Variance syntax ( spss ).

The write_csv here is hanging and generating too large a file - check data. Reluctant to use write.csv but check if same issue occurs using this.

Please note these have been included in new script as the methodology changed in October 2019 to include this location ( in NHS Grampian ). This will result in a very small difference in census and bed days totals if comparing with pre-Oct 2019 published data.

All scripts have been written based on variable names in July 2019 files, however these are not consistent with variable names in recent submission files. Similarly, the code does not allow for any inconsistencies in variable names. As a result, the code fails when reading in any files not matching the July 2019 variable names.
