Thank you so much for your excellent job!

When I run $make biort-flux-pihm, it shows that:
clang: error: unsupported option -fopenmp

so, I just run $brew install gcc and update CC = gcc-10 in the makefile, and then run $make biort-flux-pihm, but it still report error:

duplicate symbol '_NumSpc' in:
./src/main.o
./src/rt/rt.o
duplicate symbol '_NumSpc' in:
./src/main.o
./src/rt/speciation.o
...
ld: 53 duplicate symbols for architecture x86_64
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make: *** [biort-flux-pihm] Error 1

Could you please help me figure out what is the problem.

Another thing is whether I need to use IDE (e.g. Visual Studio Code) to run and modify the model (I just want to simulate the surface water and ignore the groundwater part). Could you please give me some advice about which IDE is a better choose and how can I modify the model.
