Data sharing statment

The survey questionnaire and anonymised data that support the findings of this study are available upon request following institutional requirements. Clean and analysis code are available in this GitHub repository.

• Code: Folder with reproducible code for generate tables and figure.

  • 01_clean.R: import, clean and integration of data sources. recategorize and create variables.
