how to listen part state

i use compositeReducer ,but the subscribe return state is app state, i want to only listen the part of appState changed event

The "DispatcherDelegate" in Droid has a delay very important.

The “DispatcherDelegate” in Android has a delay very important in comparative with iOS
.

Description:
In iOS a DispatcherDelegate has a delay between 5 and 8 miliseconds for dispatch, but the same dispatch running in droid has a delay of 200 to 400 milseconds

Adding type constraints for generic type arguments

This libraries SimpleReducer<State> relies on State being a struct (value type). This should be ensured by adding a where State : struct constraint.
