Building on MacOS/Windows

1. Install Qt5, using their official installer.
2. get and build libs - or get binaries from winodws or osx branch.
3. update libcommuni submodule
4. open project plugins project ProRotoQml.pro
5. setup kits
6. add make install
7. build ProRotoQml plugins
8. open apps project apps.pro
9. compile protoblockd
10. compile protoblock-qt
11. run protoblock-qt
