Add webhook support

From https://docs.pay.nl/developers#transaction-start:

transaction.orderExchangeUrl (optional) — De URL voor het afleveren van de statussen, ook wel webhook of IPN genoemd.

We currently don't support webhooks for Pay.

The new Pay. admin panel: everything easy and clear

Het nieuwe Pay. admin panel: alles makkelijk en overzichtelijk
De look & feel is nu in één lijn met Pay.'s nieuwe brand. Pagina's zijn logischer gegroepeerd, en pagina's die we niet meer gebruiken zijn verwijderd. Met de 'white label' functionaliteit is het mogelijk om je eigen branding te gebruiken. Zo worden het dashboard en alle e-mails met je eigen merkkleuren en logo's getoond en verstuurd. De nieuwe versie benader je via my.pay.nl. Login met de gegevens die je ook gebruikt om in te loggen op admin.pay.nl. In de komende maanden verbeteren we het Pay. admin panel verder. Stay tuned.

Do we need to check some links to the new dashboard in this library? Or update manuals?

Are recurring payments with Pay.nl supported?

This issue is in line with issue "Are recurring payments with Google Pay supported?", a customer expected support for recurring payments and payment provider Pay.nl.

Ik wil graag m'n geld terug vragen. Hij lost helaas niet probleem op (abonnementen bij pay.nl) waar ik voor aangeschaft heb.

How can we clarify support (actually no support) of recurring payments with Pay.nl?

Pay.nl is making a bit of a mess with the API and documentation.

And there is https://developer.pay.nl/ with documentation about https://rest.pay.nl/.

Improve test data for Pay.nl

As seen in pronamic/wp-pronamic-pay#145 (comment) Pay.nl expects certain test values.

Set payment methods activation status

We currently have a fixed list of supported payment methods. Would be a nice enhancement to retrieve the activation status via https://docs.pay.nl/developers#services

Update tooltips

The tooltips for Pay. settings are outdated:

API tokens is mentioned as "Token" on the "API Token" page, "Service ID" corresponds to a "Code" of a sales location on the page "Sales locations".

Add HTTP Basic authentication support

I also noticed HTTP Basic authentication at https://docs.pay.nl/developers#authentication, but we're using token (40 characters) and serviceId (SL-...) parameters. To update to HTTP Basic auth, we would also need a setting for the account code:

Question: do we want to add the extra account code gateway setting for HTTP Basic auth and continue to use the current implementation as fallback, so the plugin will continue to work after update?
