A beta version of the second draft of the relay protocol is available at the same place. This one contains all the operations, implementing packets and hopefully the rationale behind the decisions too. Neither Iris nor the bindings implement this version yet, but thought I'd post it for comments/feedback.

Since the binding's a work in progress, I don't want to track every protocol feature separately, so I'm closing this issue. The tests issue #11 should be enough to track progress.
