Please use

Two things that could be improved in the library:

• proj4js does not know what to do with +units=km, so you need to provide +to_meter=1000 instead.
• proj4js does not know what to do with the +R=6370040, so you need to provide +a=6370040 +b=6370040.

Thank you very much, this did solve the problem for me. But I do agree, that this should be implemented to avoid further problems.
