Error: when grouped student with no accepted project views project milestones

Clear password input field after error

When admin adds moderator or a moderator adds teacher/student, on error clear the password field.

Project marked as accepted after canceling the request

When a supervision request is canceled and and without refreshing the page supervisor accepts the project, the project status updates

Add required attribute to required fields

Truncate Names

Truncate the fields that may be long enough to cause problems to responsive design.

Invalid query on assignments page

Invalid checking on assignments page leads to error when checking other's assignments

Proper Heading Tags

Make use of proper heading tags so there's the consistency of heading with and without links

Delete requests after creating a group

Perform Unit Tests

Add group link on group requests page

Change default gravatar avatar

Fix container on requests page

Email must be unique

While registering must check all tables for that email.

Error while viewing group while student is not in the group

Delete project after deleting group

Delete group requests to other students after leaving the group

Open external links in new tab

Add confirmation to `students:disable` command

There should be a confirmation to the command so that if it's ran unintentionally there's a way back.

Redirect after app setup

Once app setup is completed redirect to admin/login route.

Make sure to show the latest results first. eg on teacher's profile page projects are in ascending order w.r.t id

Currently, all our page titles are the same but we need dynamic page titles.
