When the name is CODED TEXT, the type should be explicit on the name tag to be valid against the XSD.

1. Integrate openEHR-OPT lib
2. Add button on UI to generate instances
3. Retrieve OPTs from connected EHRServer
4. Use openEHR-OPT ingen to generate instances and store them locally
5. Add button to delete local instances (generation will add but not delete current, the user can delete current then generate)

The problem is that the initial "-" doesn't allow the -90-90 range to be parsed correctly because we use "-" as a range separator, we should use ".." and fix the openEHR-OPT ingen and all the currently generated test instances.

double check we don't have namespace declarations internally and that only the versions root element has them.

I installed EHRServer in my server, but when I create a person this redirect to cabolabs server, however this create the person.

All bindings / tags right now are for simple datatypes, but to represent coded texts we need to generate an XML structure.

We need just one tag that represents the placeholder for a whole coded text that allows to generate the text, code and terminology elements.

Right now those are hardcoded into the OPT template fields

right now we are showing exception messages and stack traces but not the text response from the server, we need to show that.

Right now the UI is generated only for coded texts that have a local constraint with a list of codes.

We need to support terminologic constraints and constraint codes acNNNN, and maybe bind that to simple terminology server or a local mock.
