Need to use common links instead of onclick because the touch screens don't trigger onclick, triggers touch events:

we might need to put some space for scrolling farther from the patient cards so when the user needs to scroll the UI avoids to drag a patient card, what is currently happening.

Accessed from the main screen when a patient card is tapped on the chevron icon.

This works ok on the patient screen.

A handle was added to the left side of each patient card, that can be used to drag patients and change their location inside the emergency room.
