Update Readme.MD

• Modify line that explains the use of this project, must add the dependency of ExpressJS

Improve Project

• Fix routes on .dockerignore and .gitignore
• Fix WORKDIR and volume path on Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml
• Add package-lock.json to project
• Move 'npm run dev' command from Dockerfile to docker-compose.yml
• Update Dockerfile image
