mbotmake's Issues

typo

Line 218 you have an extra 'm' in 'commands'. Makes the script fail with an error.

Does not heat extruder temperature

Good morning, first of all, I would like to thank you and congratulate you on the development of this tool.
I was able to use the marlin flavored "cura" and convert it using this tool to print on the updated Makerbot Replicator +. It works very well after editing the json manually, in the first tests I did I saw that the extruder was not heating, so I edit the json manually and set the correct temperature, it always comes with the value 0.
I would like to know if I am doing something wrong in "cura" or there really is no implementation in the code for this?
I did some checks, both the M104 S200 and M105 and M109 S200 codes are in the gcode.
I'm also catching it at the time of the first layer, but I believe it's just a matter of adjusting the "cure".
Thank you very much for the help.

Does not work for MakerBot Replicator+

For whatever reason, the resulting toolpath does not work with the MakerBot Replicator+ even if you substitute the correct metadata JSON and only keep move and fan toggling commands in the toolpath JSON. I suspect they look for some special comments that the MakerBot Print software actually does produce.

How do I create a makerbot file from the gcodes in the examples?

I am using Python 3.8 on Ubuntu 20.04 and issued the following command:

python3.8 mbotmake testcases/cura\ gcode/CFFFP_xyzCalibration_cube.gcode

Which generates the CFFFP_xyzCalibration_cube.makerbot file. When I load this onto the printer, it has no information other than the completion time. Zero for all the other information like temperature, etc. I haven't run the file due to the missing information.

Should the information look similar to the cube in the simplify3d directory? If so, what am I doing wrong?

Compile the exe?

Hi,

I'm one of the people who has forked this repo (or maybe forked a forked?) and got it working for my makebot mini but using it as python code is a little fiddly. How did you compile it into a exe file? I would like to also do this for me version.

Crashes in Windows 7

As the title says, it keeps crashing when running at Windows 7 SP1. Is it a compatibility issue?
