Missing License, and no reference to FlickrNet library

You appear to be missing a license (as you mentioned on the Flickr API group that this is meant to be open source).

Plus you are using some code from the FlickrNet library, which is open source, using the LGPL license, which requires all derived work to also be released under that license.

Specifically AnacondaCoreUploadExtension.cs takes much of the code from Flickr_Upload.cs (note the exact same FLICKR_MIME boundary) as well as code from FlickrResponser.cs (including code comments and even #if def lines).
