It seems to have been an issue with Github that is now resolved. Is it working now on your end?

It looks like there are now issues with mruby/versions.txt
but I suspect Github will have it back up shortly.

Github is now once again serving the files up consistently. I'm not sure what gremlins they had on their end but this is resolved for now.
